"Some of my friends thought I was crazy for getting up at 5am to make it to class at 6. Though it was great. I lost 5lbs in 2 months and flattend out my stomach area. Now I have been lifting weights for the last year but the 2 months of boot camp that I endured was one of the best things for where I was at. I lost more of the flabby stuff and am now more tone. My core is much stronger as well as my flexibility has gotten well a lot more flexible. Carl is a great trainer and really works out with his class members. "Attending the morning camp really started my days off well. Time went quickly because we were always doing something different . The workouts were deceptively effective. We did different exercises all the time so it didn’t seem like we were working as hard as we were. I dropped two inches in my waist and can now fit all of my pre-pregnancy clothes. "My friends couldn't believe I was getting up at 5 to go to a fitness camp at 6. (I'm not a morning person.) Mike and Carl combined core exercises, resistance training, cardio, and stretching in fun and interesting ways. I can't say that I jumped out of bed in the morning, but I always felt great at the end of the session. And I had more energy throughout the day.
Mike and Carl are really friendly, good guys who also have extensive knowledge of fitness and exercises. They enjoy what they do, and their attitude is contagious. They are encouraging and supportive. When I struggled with a soccer injury, they were able to come up with alternative exercises to work the muscles we were focusing on without straining my knee.
