About FitCamps:

FitCamps are designed to push each individual to perform at their highest level.  We combine all areas of fitness including;  agility, speed and quickness training, resistance training, cardio training, flexibility and core strength!

All FitCamps teach functional training that will allow you to perform better throughout the day in whatever activities you participate in!

You will see results in your appearance and feel the results while performing all physical tasks.

You will also gain new self-confidence and feeling of accomplishment at the end of each class.

Who can participate?

No matter what your previous experience or current fitness level may be, FitCamps are designed to accommodate all participants.  Basically, ANYONE that wants to be more fit can be.

We recommend that all participants have a medical screening by their physician prior to attending.  

What to bring:

  • A fitness/yoga mat
  • Water and a Post Workout Snack
  • A Towel (because sweat happens)
