Group Hiking
Each month Athletic Agility Now will be doing a group hike in the greater Seattle area. The hike is open to anyone that wishes to attend. Check back here regularly to find out when and where the next hike will take place.
May Hike - Wallace Falls CANCELED
On Saturday, May 30th at 10 a.m. we will be hiking Wallace Falls. The hike is 6.6 miles roundtrip and will take about 3-4 hours to complete. For the most part, the trail is easy to moderate except for about the last 1/2 mile which is moderately difficult. There are 3 wonderfull falls to see on this hike. It has an elevation gain of 1,350 ft with a high point of 1,650 ft. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Directions:
Head east on Highway 2 to the town of Gold Bar, just before milepost 28. Turn left on First Street and follow signs for about 2 miles to Wallace Falls State Park.

April Hike-
Only Dan and myself (Carl) participated in this hike. So far Dan and I are the only ones to have made every hike this year. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the hike due to the snow banks that hadn't melted yet. But we had a great time anyway. However, we didn't take any pictures.
March Hike- Little Si On Saturday, March 28th at 10 a.m we Hiked Little Si. Little Si is about 4.4 miles roundtrip and will take around 3 hours to complete. It has a high point of 1,576 feet and a total elevation gain of 1,200 feet. It has wonderful valley views, is kid-friendly, and leashed dogs are okay.

February Hike - Twin Falls
Our second hike of the year was on February 21st at Twin Falls. It was about 2.6 miles round trip with an easy to moderate rating and took almost 2 hours to complete. It has an elevation gain of 720 feet with its highest point being around 1000 feet. There are Lower (over 150 feet high) and Upper Falls on this hike, which are best viewed in the winter.
We didn't have anyone to take a group picture so the camera is perched on the stair rail. All that attended are pictured minus 2 dogs. The Lower Falls are the picture on the left and the picture on the right is from the Upper Falls looking down to the Lower Falls.

January Hike - Rattlesnake Ledge
Our first group hike of the year was on January 31st at Rattlesnake Ledge. It is rated as an easy to slightly moderate hike and took about 2 hours to complete. It's approximately 4 miles roundtrip with an elevation gain of 1,160 ft.
There are 15 of the 23 total hikers that joined us pictured below.
