FitCamp Total Body Conditioning

South Bellevue location is 8-10 sessions over a 4 week period. Classes are M/W from 6 a.m-7 a.m. and 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the South Bellevue Community Center.

AM Class is cancelled for August, we will resume on Sept 2.

Classes are on going every 4 weeks all year long.  Contact the community center if you need specific dates.  You can join at anytime.

Strong and Fit for Seniors/Adults

This Fitcamp provides education on improving overall functional fitness using a variety of equipment and a varied routine, while accommodating individual needs and limitations.  Participants will also learn how to improve strength, balance, coordination, posture, flexibility, core strength, and aerobic conditioning.
